Weather in South Tyrol

Initially the weather will be sunny over most of the territory. Cumulus clouds will form in the afternoon with the possibility of a few showers or thunderstorms.

Temperatures rise to highs of 23° in Bruneck and 29° in Bozen.

A westerly high-altitude current will bring warm but increasingly unstable air masses towards South Tyrol.
Stable conditions on the mountains at first. On the eastern main Alpine ridge and in the Rieserferner Group, clouds will obstruct visibility in places, otherwise the sun will often shine. Individual thunderstorms may develop in the afternoon.

The air masses will become more unstable, increasing the probability of thunderstorms during the day.

Monday will start with sunshine. In the afternoon, the probability of showers will increase and thunderstorms will be possible locally. Sunny weather with a few harmless clouds and mostly stable conditions on Tuesday. Wednesday still summery conditions with sunshine and clouds. Isolated showers will be possible in the afternoon. Very sunny weather is expected on Thursday with only harmless clouds in the sky.
